Refund policy

Due to the nature of the business, we have a NO REFUND policy. If you would like to cancel a subscription please do so before the renewal date. After the renewal date we have no obligation to refund the charge.

Damaged Item, Duplicates, Exchanges or Credits

If you believe you have received a damaged item or product from an order fulfilled by Us, please contact us at [email protected] and one of our team members will be with you shortly. We apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to the opportunity to hear from you and discuss a resolution.

***You must report the damaged item within 7 business days of receiving your box. After 7 days the Sportsman's Box has no obligation to respond to your request.
